" Today I had Sam for the first trip and Mike for the return trip. Sam is such a kind, gentle driver. He truly is a gem. He went above and beyond by coming into my appointment and up to the registration desk, even removing obstacles so I could get my wheelchair through! What a sweetheart!! On the way home, Mike entertained me while keeping me safe, sound, and smiling ear to ear. Traffic was backed up and he knew exactly how to get around it. Both of these gentleman are superior employees and should be commended for their compassion and dedication. Thank you for letting me meet these two kindred souls!! "
